Step 1: Send me your website link

I'll review your website from the perspective of a customer coming to your site for the first time.

I'll be looking for things such as:

  • Is your website visually appealing?
  • Does your website pass the 5-second test? (That's how long you have to catch someone's interest.)
  • Can I understand what you're offering?
  • How engaging is your website?
  • Is it user-friendly?

Then I'll look for the main improvements required to attract your target audience.

 

Step 2: Discuss my findings

Once I've reviewed your website, I'll contact you* to schedule a 60-minute video call (similar to Skype) so I can share my findings.
*Please allow up to two weeks after sending me your website link.

During our call, I'll share my screen with you. We'll go through each page of your website and I'll discuss my suggestions for improvement.
Feel free to ask me any questions you have as we review the pages.

After our call, I'll send you a .pdf checklist with my page-by-page suggestions for improvements.

 

Step 3: Work through the checklist at your own pace

I know life can get busy and you may not have time to make all the changes I suggest right away. That's why I'll send you the page-by-page checklist.

The checklist will keep you on track and allow you to make each change as your time allows.

As you complete each suggestion, simply check the box. When you come back to it, you'll know exactly where you left off.

And if you want to have someone else make the changes for you, the checklist will guide them leaving you free to do other work (or pick up the kids, or hey, take a well-deserved vacation!)
